1. Services

Basement Water Solutions provides residential and commercial basement waterproofing, exterior foundation waterproofing, foundation & crack repair, sump pump installation, weeping tile renewal, crawl space encapsulation, and exterior drainage services across London and Southwestern Ontario, including inspection scheduling, customer notifications, estimate booking tools, and related communications.

2. SMS Communications & Opt-In

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Basement Water Solutions, you agree to these terms. SMS messages may include:

• Appointment reminders and inspection confirmations
• Service updates (including arrival notifications and scheduling changes)
• Follow-up communications related to your estimate or project
• Promotional offers and service notifications (with consent)
• Account and service notifications

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. SMS Opt-Out (Cancellation)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply or text "STOP" to our messaging number. After you send "STOP" to us, we will send a confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up through our contact form as you did the first time and messaging will resume.

Mobile carriers (e.g., Rogers, Bell, Telus, Freedom, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile network operator.

7. Mobile Information Sharing Restrictions

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of text message services.

8. Age Restriction

9. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate contact information, timely responses, and reasonable property access or site details necessary to complete scheduled inspections and waterproofing services safely and effectively.

10. Estimates & Payment Terms

Estimates provided on-site or digitally are based on initial inspections and visible conditions. Specific scope, pricing, and payment milestones are governed by written service agreements provided prior to work commencing. All fees are due as specified in your estimate or agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, graphics, logos, branding, and digital assets owned by Basement Water Solutions remain our property unless otherwise stated in writing. Unauthorised duplication or distribution is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Basement Water Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on digital content. Our total liability regarding contracted services is strictly governed by and limited to the terms set out in your formal written service agreement.
